MISSION STATEMENT
The Lincoln Middle School Parent Teacher Organization will support the Hibbing School District's mission and more specifically the Lincoln Middle School's mission statement. We will be a proactive, involved organization that recognizes the unique and special issues relating to children throughout adolescence, specifically in grades three through six. We will serve as advocates for Lincoln Middle School students, teachers, and parents in the school and the community, striving to ensure an excellent educational experience for all parties involved.
The Lincoln Parent Teacher Organization will:

Facilitate family, school, and community activities

Help in creating an open, trusting environment

Enhance children’s education through volunteering and student enrichment

Provide educational experiences through theater, arts, and field trip experiences

Aid in the development and social concerns of students

Support children’s physical environment

Provide additional classroom material support

Increase availability of children’s literature
-
Educate through speakers
-
Conduct fundraising
MEMBERSHIP
Membership shall be automatically granted to all parents and guardians of Lincoln Middle School students that have signed up as a member of the LPTO at a regular meeting. Any employee or staff member of Lincoln Middle School may be a member.
2024-2025 MEETING DATES
All meetings will take place in the Lincoln Library at 5:30 PM. These are the dates for the 2024-2025 school year:
